PAYMENT

•  HuB Collection, accepts payment by Debit/Credit Card for all On-line purchases. This can be done through Paypal on the website, simply click on 'add to cart'  button.
• Please Note you do not need to have a Paypal account to pay this way, just click on 'add to cart' button then enter your card details as a normal transaction. There is no charge at all for any payment you might wish to make through Pay Pal.
• HuB Collection can also accept payment over the phone. Simply give us a call and we can take your card details over the phone and send your item/s this way. 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

•  We endeavour to provide  you with accurate descriptions and photographs  regarding each of the products on our site, however slight variations in sizing and colour may occur especially as a lot of our products are hand made.     
•  Because our producers are in South America sometimes there may be limited stock available. In cases of limited availability we will usually correspond with you to offer alternatives.      

 RETURNS

•  Whilst we want you to be happy with your purchase; if for any reason you would like to return or exchange it then please do so within 14 days of the date it has been despatched to you. This will be at a cost to yourself unless there is a fault or error on our part. The goods need to be in an unused/unmarked resaleable condition for a refund, exchange or replacement to be given. Please contact us before returning goods.
