Terms & Conditions

We value keeping your information private, so we do not rent, sell or otherwise distribute your details, emails are only sent in respect of dealing with your order, unless you accept receiving our newsletter or email updates.This acceptance will have been made when you made a purchase, joined our newsletter or take part in any our competitions all of which have an unsubscribe link that you can use at anytime.

PAYMENT

HuB Collection, accepts payment by Debit/Credit Card for all On-line purchases. This can be done through Paypal on the website, simply click on 'add to cart' button.Please Note you do not need to have a Paypal account to pay this way, just click on 'add to cart' button then enter your card details as a normal transaction. There is no charge at all for any payment you might wish to make through Pay Pal.HuB Collection can also accept payment over the phone. Simply give us a call on 0208 949 9114 and we can take your card details over the phone.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We endeavour to provide you with accurate descriptions and photographs regarding each of the products on our site, however slight variations in sizing and colour may occur especially as a lot of our products are hand made. Because our main producers are in South America sometimes there may be limited stock available. In cases of limited availability we will usually correspond with you to offer alternatives.

DELIVERY

Free Delivery for orders from UK mainland.Smaller orders will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class letter post usually within 24 hours. Postal deliveries will normally take three to five days (up to 10 days at busy times of the year). These delivery times are reliant on Royal Mail.Larger packages will be sent  packet post or courier for which a signature will be required.

If desired you have the option at checkout of choosing 1st class recorded delivery at a cost of £2.50 usually sent within 24 hours.

 Europe Delivery Standard delivery to Europe is £5.00 via Royal Airmail and normally takes 3-7 days.

USA Delivery Standard delivery to the USA is via Royal Airmail at a cost of £9.00 and normally takes 5 - 15 days.

Rest of the World Delivery to the rest of the world costs £10.00  by Royal Airmail and normally takes 5 - 15 days.For delivery to USA, Europe and rest of the world please use the drop down box at  the checkout page.

When you place your order we will confirm via email the estimated dispatch/delivery time. 

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase; If a product is faulty or damaged upon receipt or you wish to return the item please contact us for a a refund/replacement. All faulty or damaged goods should be notified to HuB Collection within 14 days of delivery of the order. If for any reason you would like to return an item then please do so within 14 days of the date of receipt. This will be at a cost to yourself unless there is a fault or error on our part. The goods need to be in an unused/unmarked condition for a refund, exchange or replacement to be given. Please contact us with the order number before returning goods and we will refund or replace the item. We recommend that all returns are sent via recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible if an item does not reach us.

By placing an order with us you will have deemed to have read, understood and agree to these Terms and conditions.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you can cancel an order within 14 days of receipt of goods . The 14 days starts on the day after you receive your order. You should contact us by email  before returning goods.Any items being returned to us should be received within 28 days of our being notified of your intention to return them.After inspection, and providing the goods are unused and in original condition will we refund the value of the item.

If you receive an order that is damaged or defective please contact us immediately, by email or by phone. We will arrange to send you a replacement or refund your order.

Privacy, security and confidentiality are important to us. Collection of data is done solely to understand our customers, so that we may provide the best service suited to you the customer. We or our associated companies may from time to time contact you with offers or information, however you will always be given the option to no longer recieve such information from each source.We do not hold any credit card information at any time - all card transaction are done via a secure card processor, (such as PayPal) each of which will process data on a secure server and safe environment. For this reason we request you do not send card details by email.

COOKIES

Cookies are snippets of information used to gather information on the user of the site for various purposes, most people think of them being used for advertising, however most are used to make the shopping cart work! (1st Party) 

 

 The use of '1st party cookies' on our website is limited and are only there to enable the shopping cart to operate and recognise you as a shopper and what is or has been in your basket. these are as follows:

 PHPSESSID

(Contains a PHP "session ID", expires when the browser is closed)

(Contains a PHP "session ID", can also contain an email address and encrypted password, expires after one year)

The "PHPSESSID" cookie is required so that the site can recognise the same user clicking from page to page. Without it, every page would be treated as the first visit to the site, and anything added to the shopping basket would be instantly forgotten. Online shopping would, therefore, be impossible.

The "session" cookie is intended for the user's convenience, the site creates this with a copy of the initial session ID so that they can be classed as "returning" and the contents of their shopping basket will still be available. If the user signs in with an email address and password, these login details are are also saved so that they can remain logged in when returning (the password is encrypted). If the user signs out, their login details are removed from the cookie.

3rd party cookies these are created outside of our control, again to track movement from one site to another - such as facebook or twitter - without these people cannot like or unlike products amongst other things. 

In addition we use Google Analytics, which enable us to  see what pages you use so we can make the site more useful for the visitor. Google Analytics creates 3rd party cookies in order to provide reports about the site visitors. This is being done for statistic tracking, and Google Analytics cookies do not collect personal data about the website visitors (For example, it will tell us that so and so visitors from the UK visited our site yesterday, but not who they were individually). 

3rd party cookies can be limited and controlled through your own browser settings.
