DELIVERY

Free Delivery for orders from UK mainland

 Smaller orders will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class letter post usually within 24 hours. Postal deliveries will normally take three to five days (up to 10 days at busy times of the year). These delivery times are reliant on Royal Mail.

Larger packages will be sent  packet post or courier for which a signature will be required.

If desired you have the option at checkout of choosing 1st class recorded delivery at a cost of £2.50 usually sent within 24 hours.

Europe Delivery 

 Standard delivery to Europe is £5.00 via Royal Airmail and normally takes 3-7 days.

USA Delivery

 Standard delivery to the USA is via Royal Airmail at a cost of £9.00 and normally takes 5 - 15 days.

Rest of the World

 Delivery to the rest of the world costs £10.00  by Royal Airmail and normally takes 5 - 15 days.

Returns 

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you can cancel an order within 14 days of receipt of goods . The 14 days starts on the day after you receive your order. You should contact us by email  before returning goods.

Any items being returned to us should be received within 28 days of our being notified of your intention to return them.

After inspection, and providing the goods are unused and in original condition will we refund the value of the item.

Damaged Items

If you receive an order that is damaged or defective please contact us immediately, by email or by phone. We will arrange to send you a replacement or refund your order.
